Would the GR-2 shocks work well with sportlines or are the GR-2s not made for use with performance springs? Does anyone have GR-2s with sportlines on here? I'm trying to give my car the nice lowered look without risking destroying everything.

 

gr2s wont last with that much of a drop. agx is the way to go

 

Shoot... thats what I was afraid of... I'm not ready to shell out the kind of money needed for AGXs...

How much do Koni yellows cost for all four? I was curious about the GR2s because I don't have a lot of money to work with.

 

You can use google for that. Go ask around at different shops.

 

On www.shox.com you can get the koni sport shocks with eibach pro kit springs package for $685. Probably what i'll go with after I get my rims.

I would love some coilovers, but like I said I barely have enough money for shocks and springs. That combo on shox.com isn't too bad, but I want it lower and a little cheaper. I'm just going to pick up some AGXs on ebay (~$410 with shipping) and buy the Eibach Sportlines new from Tirerack ($173). Thanks for the help guys. If a mod wants to close this go ahead.

try looking around for hookups. got my agx new for $260~ right here on this board

 

What about Tokico? Are those just as bad as AGX?

 

they are better than the agx but still not as good as the koni's

 

does tein make a kit for our cars??

 

They make springs and coilovers, but not shocks.
