Lowering

I lowered my car and I was rubbing the wires that go underneath the drivers side fender. I was told that I can re route the wires through the engine bay. I was just wondering how do you do that? Where can you disconnect the wire loom or do I have to disconnect every individual wire?

Thanks in advance for the help.
