master cylinder leak? and z32 master cylinder question
actually its SO EASY its laughable.
heres how:
tools needed: dremel, nice size flat head screw driver, hammer, a punch, a vice and thats about it.
put the old m/c in the vice so that you are looking at one of the holes. now use the dremel and a cutting wheel. notch it on either side so that your almost to the fitting and your screw diver will fit in there. now cut a line down the sides where you made the notches and when your done with that put your screw driver in the notches and hit it with the hammer and break the thing apart the fitting should pop right out now. now just place it in the new m/c and straighten it up with a tooth pick or sumthing. i used a bike wheel spoke i had laying around. now just tap it in a few times lightly so you dont smash the fitting at all. now just install it like you would any other m/c. with all the parts it took maybe 30 mins. its very very easy.
