Need new rotors

well iam buying this 240 and the rear disk are done so are all the brake pads(fronts have some life left. Iam thinking that i should just change out all the rotors and pads(f and r), there comes the question what rotors and what pads any thing more i should chane regarding the brakes, lines or any thing?
And from where, iam located in Iceland so i will have to get pads from overseas so any where in the us or eu? is there any thing else at all i should change out now to make it run and ride better?

see if u can do a 5lug conversion instead (unlessu dont want to) just purchase the rotors/pads from any local auto store. they should have some in stock.. if not, ebay might have some for under $20 per rotor

I think your right I will be going for stock rotors as I will most definitely do a 5 lug conversion, but what about brake pads should I just go with stock some other if I will not be doing a 5 conversion in the next 6 months or so

you could just stay stock and be fine until the swap. It's up to you, either way would work out fine

Ok let’s say I’ll just buy OEM rotors of eBay where could I get some low dust brake pads so I can at least check if it’s cheaper for me to import than to just buy from my local auto store

How expensive is the 5 lug conversion really if I do all the work my self

the 5 lug will run you a few hundred.. i know some1 was selling a kit earlier a bit cheaper on here.. ask BigVinnie. I think it was him.

as for the pads, you can find some at ur local autostore/shop.. dont know what companies would ship.. see if some1 else might now

you should just get cheap rotors from any where, like autozone or pep boys. I got mine for 16 dollars for just one. an i have profomance pads cant remember the name but there ceramic pads from hawk i got them for 40 bucks front and rear, but from a friend who works at toy sport. but shouldnt be that much more.

dont get cross drilled alot of track users say they are not meant for track use because they crack easily under a lot of heat

they reconment oem

but i heard juss slotted is ok.. but i would just stick to oem

those crossed drilled and other crap is just for show

yeah you can, but you can also mess them up and they will crack for sure.. The drilled ones are drilled in certain spots that dont recieve much stress, and the holes arent big either
