New Shoes

I'm having a hard time deciding which tires to buy and thought i would get y'alls opinion. I currently have Nitto NeoGen tires (225/40ZR-18XL 92W) which are pretty much baldd. I will most likely just replace them but wanted to see if anyone had experience with any of these:

Kumho ECSTA MX
Kumho ECSTA AST
Dunlop Direzza DZ101
Goodyear Eagle F1 (i think these are the runflats could be wrong though)

Any opinions would be nice. If you think some other tires would be better please let me know

Yeah I also have the Kuhmo Ecsta MXs.....

They do wear kinda quickly, but they have nice grip to them.

can't have your cake and eat it too....generally, the grippier the tire, the faster it wears
