Question

Alrite, my S13 has 154xxx miles on it, with aluminum inserts for the rear subframe, I was wondering how would putting a set of coilovers on it would lower the bushings life?
Also, whats a good set that wont have to be rebuild often for a good price.

Yea, I was thinking about a set of Ksports or Tein basics, depends on how the budget goes. Also, even after the aluminum inserts, my car makes a clunk every time I shift from first to second, could it be the tranny mount?
Its a 93 S13 SE

could be a tranny mount, could be a lot of play in the subframe, or even a worn out diff...as far as coilovers go i recommend Stance, Megan, or Max over the ksports and tein basics..

hmm, I'll take a look at those, I read about the Megans but I wasn't sure, they dont have the best reputation for a lot of stuff. I am pretty sure its my tranny mount, there is excessive rocking of the engine when I start it too. The car only has 154000 miles so I would be really surprised if the subframe or diff are seriously damaged.
