Raising Height of Tein Flex's?

I have these installed to Tein spec on my car.I haver found them to be just too low and would like to raise it about 0.5 inches.

Here is the problem.Unlike conventional coilovers, these Teins have a lower perch which can raise and lower the shock body as well.

Can I raise the car with the two upper perches only and not adjust the lower perch? Or do I need to take the coilovers out and adjust the entire coilover? Will this affect the spring rates/load?

You know im all for what catharsis said but....

what is a unconventional coilover?

You adjust the height with the lower single perch.

Dont touch anything else it seem that you dont know anything.

yes i am going to now remove my entire coilover system after installing them,i hope you guys do not represent typical users of this board as this question is directed at those with Tein Flex's

if you have installed these or own these you will know what i am talking about, they are unconventional in which you can raise them not only by the spring seat but also on the lower shock body near the control arm,my question is more in depth than "how do I raise my car" its do i have to raise the lower and upper perches at the same time as to not upset the spring rates and loads? or can I just raise the upper perches without upseeting handling characteristics?

i installed my coilovers. its not hard...

and think real hard about it. if you move the upper perch it affects the sping and preload thus changing the way you car will handel.

or you have an ajustable lower mount that goes from really low to almost stock and doesnt move the spring at all so it doesnt affect anything regarnding the strut other than how long it is....

now go out to your car take off your coilovers and take a good hard look. figure it out, if you need people like us to feed you basic common sense then maybe you shouldnt touch your car.

And we arnt the typical users on here we are just the ones who have good info and are tired of typing the same stuff over and over again or again feeding people like they are baby birds.
