S13 Offset for 19" Rims

Can anyone help me out here?

I need to get the offset that would be correct for the set of 19" rims that I plan on purchasing for my s13 and would like any help on the offset for it.

on the front 19"x8"
Rear 19" x 10"

I am rolling out the fenders of course, but what would be the correct offset so the wheels don't stick out the fender and is proper.

These rims are being cutom made, so The help would be appreciated as they will be no returning on these.

Thanks

19"??
Are setting up just for show?

Should be around +35 to +40 for the 8" rims..
Not sure for the back.. Don't know if you'll reach a "proper" fitting.

Check out this site for a reference to start from:

http://www.takakaira.co.jp/rimsandty...issanrims.html

When I lived in Japan... I never saw anyone run 19"s on an S13-S15 ---- Koguchi's 180sx might, but i beleive he even runs 18s
Most of the tuning shops at most ran 18"s...
Mostly VIP cars.. Chaser, MarkII, Gloria, Cedrics run rims that big..FYI

But its your creation.. Good luck.

No SR Yet,

But Yeah the 19's will be mostly for show, But i'll be driving them around, so Proper Offset will definitely be needed. When I go out to the Road course (hopefully no pylon marks on the kit) i will use the factory rims with some Falken's, but yeah I will have to get a proper measurement.

I did see a s13 on the NICO board with 19's but he sold them after a week, maybe they don't fit. But i'll make it work somehow, but if you get any moe info please pass it along.

Thanks

why 19's? thats one BIG *** WHEEL, 18s should be fine, just get some wider in the rear, and a little bit skinner in the front...19s are way too big on a SX

i personally think you should keep front and rear wheels the same size. the car is balanced almost perfectly. why ruin it?

Competition spurs larger everything. He is going to be showing this 240 in auto events where his will be the only 240 there.

He has to make a splash and try to get some attention.

19”s are like mandatory at the shows I go to. Three of my friends roll on 19” in the street. If you want to see wheel gap look at a VW. They list as a Jetta, A4 wagon and a TT. All 19”, all BBS and all show ******.

why not just get 23's and raise ur carr
and have a 4X4 and defeat the whole purpose of having the 240 as a sporty car..
but to each his own..
imho i would never put anything bigger than 15's
unless i had upgraded rotors that needed more clearance..
then at most i would try and find a 17 with the correct offset to clear the caliper..

Well have u ever heard of a car show? Car shows are places that you enter to show the style potential of your car. I think my car will be off the hook one day and why not put a big set of rims to showcase my upgraded brakes and 5 lug conversions. Then when I hit the autox with my 17" Volk's and Falken rubber, you can say WOW

ok have you ever done an autox before?
if not please shutup..
and i will be saying wow..
not because u are fast..
but because of how ridiculously slow you are..
17s are not that good for autox..
all that weight..
big diff between 16's
+ gearing will be different
