s13 and s14 springs

s13 and s14 springs

Are these 2 springs compatible? Like can you put s14 tein springs on s13 kyb struts? or are they different and the top hats and stuff won't fit right?

From: Here and there, mostly here.

S14 springs will fit on the front not on the rear.
