S14 5 lug conversion

I know this has been beat to death but I did a search and couldn't find an exact answer. To make a 4 lug S14 5 lug all I need is:

S14 SE
Front and rear rotors
Wheel Bearings all way round
Pads (just because you're already there)

let me know if I have forgotten anything

a bearing race is what the bearing rides in, most cars including 240s have the races built in the rotor its basically a tapered ring. I'm used to older trucks like my show truck where they sometimes have to get put in the rotor.

so i'm assuming a hub consists of the parts in the first post minus the pads?
