I just searched and in 15 seconds found 11 topics, one of which was one dude who went with the whitelines and AGX's, and even included pics and a review.
Your answer has been here the whole time.
I'd go whiteline, Never heard of RSR and unless you know they are an established company I wouldn't risk it.

Doc you HAVE to have heard of RS*R! Here buddy:

http://www.rs-r.co.jp/

My brother put a set of RS*R Down Springs on his Toyota and they keep the car nice and flat (he's got Tokico Blues). They're a tad stiff, but nothing too harsh. A lot of people who have Whitelines always give good comments on them, and to throw in another suggestion, Tein S-Tech's are working really good for me right now (I'm on KYB's currently, but only GR-2's).

I guess pick your favorite color spring?

I am just curious, why would you go for Whiteline? I always have a mindset that Eibach would have a better reputation. . .

If I get Whiteline springs w AGXs, will I be able to fit some 17" wheels on later? I was going to get the 5zigen fn-01 RC in bronze,17x7 in front and 17x8 in the back with like 215 tires front, 235 back...... would anybody know if that could work with tire rub from the lowered ride?

If you get the right offset for each size, you shouldnt have a problem at all.
And as for me going with whitelines..Ive heard only good things about it, and the spring rate a lil stiffer so thats a plus in my book.

Whitelines are sexy stiff but since you're looking for a "street" setup, take into consideration that stiffer = bumpier on public roads that aren't flat like a glass table. A lot of people deal with it, but don't realize that after awhile there's more wear and tear on the car than if they went with a slightly softer spring.

Just something to consider
