sportline vs s tech (i know i know)

well birthday times comein around and im asking my mother for some lowering springs and im in a toss up, i searched and researched on both, i got 17's and i want a good lookin amount of drop for apperance, but i also want a good stiff nice set up, the tein got stiffness but not much for appearance (correct me if im wrong) but i havent seen them in person, on the other hand the sport lines have a better lookin drop but not as good of a spring rate, but in a chart i found it had a range of spring rates (somethin like 137-200 front) what does that mean? that under pressure they get stiffer? but i read all the other posts and i know its personal opinion but i just wanted to see a poll between the two and see what yall thought. but if i do go with the sport lines are those still plent stiff or is there a noticeable difference between the two? thanks in advance.
