spring rate and drop height

I have eibach pro kit and monroe struts ( yes I know they suck)
but its the top of the line ones they offer and i need ed them bad.

the real question I need to know the spring rates and how much they lower your ride stock springs, eibach pro kit and sportline, whiteline springs, the new tabe ones 210 series, and H&R

If someone can does this it would very much appreciated thank you

if your looking for how much they lower your ride and i'm assuming that you have a 180sx model... here...

Eibach Pro Kit
Front: 1.8
Rear: 1.6

Eibach Sportline
Front: 2.2
Rear: 2.1

Whiteline
Between 1.6 & 1.8

H&R
i think 1.3

hopes this helps you out

Eibach ProKit will lower your S13 about 1" at most. Sure Eibach claims 1.8F/1.6R but that is nonsense (the Eibach brochure even says 1").

As for spring rates, they are slightly stiffer than stock, but the difference is not noticeable unless you've been driving you car for years on end, you are extra sensitive to body roll, and you drive hard and competitively around corners and such.

I drove my car for a year on stock springs and when I installed my ProKit springs, my driving habits did not change and there was zero loss in ride quality. However, the handling greatly improved, as I would note this as a night and day difference in the amount of body roll. The car lowered an inch, which isnt most appealing considering how big S13 wheel gaps are, but I am very satisfied with this setup. It is ideal for daily drivers.

Currently on Tokico HP and Eibach ProKit.
