okie,,,, im really confusing here....
i have '91 240sx, but i gotta do something with ma suspension...
now, ma question is,,, what's different between spring/shock, damper, and coil-over? and what is the best fit for 240? hmm...

from what i know adj. coil-overs are pretty damn good
