Swaybar Lubrication???

My car makes a creaking noise on the rear driverside and I think I may have washed away the swaybar bushing lube with all the pressure washing that I've done under there and I want to know what I can use to lubricate those bushings again?

rubber or polyurethane? i've used anything from soap to various sorts of grease on rubber. polyurethane bushings supposedly require a specific type of lube but i don't see why you couldn't just use marine grease on either though.
