Tires brand and sizes info

I sold my old wheels(Konig holes 17x7 +45 with parada spec 2) and bought a brand new set of 5zigen typhoon 17x8 +35. I am now looking to buy tires. My choices have reduced to a few choices.

Toyo Proxes T1R Tires
225/45ZR17 REINF
280-AA-A Y 94 BW

Toyo Proxes T1-S Tires

Yokohama AVS Sport Tires
225/45ZR17
180-AA-A W 90

Yokohama AVS ES100 Tires
225/45R17
280-AA-A W 94 BW

My first choice for the moment is the Toyo Proxes T1R Tires. Any suggestions, impressions ?

Thx,

it all depends on where you're gonna use them (daily, grip, etc.)

If it's all about budget get some Zeix and call it a day.

Not something about budget, these tires won't be used on the track exept the front ones sometime. Mainly streets and highways. Got other set of wheels/tires for the track.

I'm getting some 17x8 and I think I'm considering the nitto 555's at 225x40... which keeps the odo at 0.07% off... so perfect.
