Tokico Blue Struts???

Ok rear struts have been blown for 3 months now But I havent been driving for 2 cuz engine was replaced but now that Im gonna be driving it again soon Im def looking into replacing my struts.

I put 1.75" lowering springs on my 240 and blew my rear struts apart right..So im looking into just replacing all of them..

I really dont have all the money in the worl because I just replaced an engine which took alot of my money and My son was born last week so Im gonna be strapped on money...

So I was wondering whats a strut out there that can handle the drop and its a very decent strut..

I was told Tokico Blues are very nice along with Koni yellows tokico illuminas and Kyb Agx's...

Tokico blues seem to be the cheapest so i might run with them...

will tokico blues handle this drop or will they blow again?

not 100% on the blues but i know the agx's and koni yellows will handle it...if i remember correctly the blues are a little better than the gr-2s but not near as good as the agx or yellow

Blues are fine if your on a hard budget. Just dont expect any performance out of them.

Congrats on the birth of your son. May he grow to be a great drifter.

I've never heard anything bad about Koni yellows. Other Koni's can't handle a drop, but I've never seen anything bad about the yellows. I've seen several occasions where the AGX's can't handle too extreme of a drop.
