what should i do with my allignment?

my question is what should my settings be so i can slide my rear smoothly but drive on the freeways relax fully. i also want to save my tires as much as possible with camber.
right now with these settings i grip a hell of a lot on corners, but on freeways i feel like one slight movement of the steering wheel and i will move to the other lane or hit a wall really fast.

i have 17x7(215/45/17) front and 17x8(235/45/17) rear
i am lowered on ground control coilovers with kyb gr2 struts i am pretty low, with the 45 series tire i am about and inch or two lower than the top of the tires.

i have upper control arms for the rear, camber plates for the front, rear tie bar, c-pillar bar. everything else is stock.

right now my allignment is at:
left / right
front:
camber -1.1 / -1.1
caster 5.9 / 8.6
toe 0.00 / 0.00
SAI 12.2 / 14.8
included angle 11.1 / 13.7

rear:
camber -1.8 / -1.9
toe -0.31 / -0.25

cross camber 0.0
total toe -0.57
thrust angle -0.06

TO BE BLUNT:

Your car is too low on weak and possibly dead shocks that aren't meant to go that low in the first place... and then there's the Ground Control thing too...

...your front toe setting shouldn't be at 0, did you ever notice your caster is way off?

Rear is fine.

You are off spec pretty bad man....I have a 95 Zenki also...here are the factory specs, numbers in brackets are acceptable range:

Front:

Caster: 6.75 or [6--7.5]
Camber: -0.75 or [-1.50--0]
Toe: 0.06 or [0.02--0.11]

Rear:

Camber: -1.10or [-1.60--0.60]
Toe: 0.12 or [0.03--0.21]

Typcially, when you are slammed, the hardest thing to correct is having TOO much negative camber all around...

However, your camber looks fine....

I would even out the caster up front and have ALL of your toe fixed. ALL 4 wheels should be slightly toe in, yet your front are square and your rear are toe OUT!!!!

yah old thread. but anyways,
the allignment shop said they cant fixthe caster, they said the camber is fine and the toe cant be fixed.

so my questions are,
is the caster adjustable? or no?
what suspension components should i buy to fix my toe problem?

thanks

the toe arms in the rear alls you do is adjust your tierod ends in or out for toe ft. as for caster you probly need new tension rod bushing or buy some adjustable tension rods
