Will these rims fit?

Im thinking of picking these up off a guy with an MR2:

SSR SP1 Professors black
18x8 +37 , 18x10 +37 superlow disk
Front has 2.5” polished lip
Rear has 4” polished lip

Front tires 215/35/18 Yokohama Parada spec II
Rear tires 235/35/18 Pirrelli p-zero

Those are the specs. I plan on doin the 5-lug conversion and possible the 300ZX brake upgrade as well. Not sure. Im just not too good with the whole offset thing. Also, I plan on running coilovers, not sure which ones yet.

Ok so your ganna have to do a 5 lug conversion(I think you all ready know that)

As for the offset. For a 8" width, it is highly suggested to get AT LEAST 30+ for the front, you have 35+(it will be more "sunken" in then you would like I think) and for a 10" in the rear...well thats more like 15+ to 20+(there might be, or most likely be some rolling of the fender)

Do a google on offset if you wanna know a lot more about it
