... I'm not sure what is causing the problem then... did you get the Z32 BMC flushed before install? It may have something in there causing an issue?

I skimmed through the thread one more time.
I couldn't see if you stated that the brakes were new or used.
If used send em back where they came from.
You shouldn't be getting any spongy feeling with a non ABS.
You are using a DOT4 or higher like you are suppose to and I can't help with this problem.
If it's used the rubber seals could be worn around the pistons.
If they are new you just have an awful lot of air in the line.

Jesus why aren't you in tampa. See how it is after they bleed it. I'm still not convinced all the airs out. Plus like I said on AIM, I don't care for using 300z masters on 240's

before the shop installed Z32 it was really spongy. after he installed the z32 bmc he bleed the system starting w/ Z32 bmc then he bleed the calipers and now it is really firm have about an inch of play b4 the brakes start to grab rotor
