Emissions?

Do any of you guys pass emissions with your turbo setup, if so what setup and extra things did you have to do to pass emissions? Any help would be appreciated.

I passed... my cars OBD 2 but since its a 95 they only give it a sniffer CT... as long as you have a cat and they dont test your car as an OBD 2 then you'll be fine (since you have an 91 you should have no problem)... the test didnt even get the turbo to spool up (and I have a t25) I passed no problem

if you dont pass emissions who cares? they refund you your money and when you go back its free. well atleast it is with the 'gateway pollution air' or whatever its called. my friends didnt pass because of exhaust leak, and they refunded him the money. and if he goes in the next 30 days its free.

I live in Harrisburg and my cousin owns a garage that does emissions/inspections and all that and their policy is if you fail you can get the car fixed and come back within 30 days and get retested for free.
