First dyno with the 240....good and bad

Went to ESE here in Pittsburgh to have my sr20det 240sx dyno'ed on friday


Cracked the exhaust manifold at 6500 RPM and the boost was set @ 10psi max.....thats the bad, the good is the car redlines at 8100 and boost to 20-24 and with the cracked mani and 1600 RPM's left I still put down 332 RWHP, so once I get that fixed it's back on the dyno to get some full runs in.


So I need a new manifold for a SC-61...any sug. on where to get a good one, I'm still pretty new to this scene...Thanks Nick.

Hey, would you be able/willing to post a scan of the dyno printout? I'm sure alot of us would love to see it. Sorry about your manifold though.

they actually still have it at the place, we were so budy checking out the car, I forgot to ask, but I'm going to call them today to see if they can e-mail it to me and if not I'll pick it up next week

What kind of manifold do you have on the car right now if it cracked at 6500rpm? SSauto chrome stuff?

it was just a custom manifold made for the turbo and wastegate, all the welds were re-enforced except where the wastegate was and that's where it cracked
