ka-t emissions
The t25 on the KA is definetly a fun set up. I hit full boost around 2500rpm, but it does start to drop off at around 6000. Its waistgated at 6.5psi but will get up to about 8psi. I havent dynoed the car yet so I don't have any definite numbers to give you, but I would expect around 200whp. Once I upgrade to 370cc injectors and a SAFC and start tuning i'll let you know. The intercooler is just a custom no name companies using a spearco core and custom endtanks. Works great and was half the price of any big name company. The piping was custom welded (also much cheaper).
I think you will be very happy with your setup... What manifold are you going to run? Also you are going to want to pick up some 370cc injectors unless you just want to run a FMU. You can get them off of the sr20 or a tt 300zx.

My hotpipe is 2" and the coldpipe is 2.5" but I don't think you will have problems with 3".
Right now im running a vortech 8:1 FMU with a walboro 255lph fuel pump. An FMU is a rising rate fuel pressure regulator which multiplies the amount of fuel by 8 for every 1 lb of boost. It's a cheap way to get it started with out tuning or changing the timing but causes it to run very rich. I plan to upgrade to injectors and an safc once i can get the money together.
