NEED HELP AS SOON AS POSSIBLE

i put a new battery on my car. when i try ta fire up my car i see smoke coming from two places. one place i have no clue where its coming from the other is from the wiring on the cam angle sensor. would my C.A.S. be damage due to fact the wires are smoking up. i figure thats why my car havent been starting up all this time. what wold happen if the CAS was burnt out.

the other place where the smoke is coming i will figure out as soon as i get a buddy to come the fire my car up for me.

i will keep things posted FOR THE NEXT COUPLE OF DAYS until the troubleshooting is fixed

 

when my buddy came by ta fire my car up my sr was cranking. the smoking stopped. but my sr is not starting up. i might have to jump my motor to see what happens. i'm going to check if the motor is flooded with gas and see if theres spark from the spark plugs.

 

lol i hope u idnt crossed any wire and fried ur harness

 

no wires or anything is fried
motor is cranking now but need to find out if thurs any spark

 

sounds like burnt cas because thats what controls spark and fuel with out that your engine will crank all day with out starting

 

i'll open up the CAS and see if its burnt. if it is then i'll replace it as quick as possible. that might be what i expected in the first case. but i'lm still checking it out so i'm hoping to be back in the streets as soon as possible.

 

yea i think its that the CAS is probbaly burnt
