phatka-t manifold/downpipe

well after much consideration, i've decided not to order from boostdesigns. i've read too many posts/threads on other forums on wait time and customer service issuses. so...... i've decided to go with phatka-t. i'm new to the whole turbo scene. i only want to run 7-10psi max (just want something nice to drive around town in) can anyone recommend a good turbo that will bolt up to their products? i can get a deal on greddy and turbonetics turbos. will any of them work? i'm planning on running phatka-t manifold/downpipe, turbo, 370cc injectors, safc II, vortech blowoff/bypass valve, intercooler, custom pipping, and wal fuel pump. sound good? anyways thanks for the help.

no fuel? really? hmmmm i've been "searching" and i read that you should at least upgrade the injectors and fuel pump.... just as an added safe measure. anyways i wanted to purchase the phatka-t manifold and downpipe because i know where to get manifolds from, its the downpipe thats the problem..... i dont know anyone that can custom make one for me. i mean technically i know people, but they're all talk. i dont want to risk blowing anything up. basically i want to stay away from a crappy job.

its cool. so do you think the manifold and downpipe would be overkill then? i'm mean it'll work though right? i just want some quality pieces in my custom kit. like i said before i just want something nice... not a track monster. just for my daily driver.

if you dont want to risk blowing anything up like you said, i would not do fuel...with the right fuel people can safely run high boost on this motor but at the same time its not hard to blow it up at 7psi. if i was you i would definately get an safc, bigger injectors and definately a fuel pump. as for the downpipe, if you got the money for it then go for it, you could prolly find somethin cheaper but its up to you but dont go turbo and just brush off on fuel if you want your car to last.

if your not running under 7psi a simple fmu would be good enough. Make sure you don't spike nice the fmu would not give you enough fuel.

im doing 3 stages stage 1 rebuild forged pistons stock rods nice bearings, stage 2 fuel sr20 injectors(370cc) safc2 fmu fuel pump i might put that in stage one and i might get a q45 trhottle body ( is it the q45 not sure have to look it up) then stage 3 buy a spare ka head and rebuild it with asome nasty cams and a port and polish job (might condiser bigger valves but 2 much money) oh and double titanium valve springs
