S13 or S14 Head for KA-T?

I tried searching and apologize in advance if it's already been covered/ common knowelge, etc....,

I've read that the S14 head is more rigid than the S13. Excluding the differences in cams (which are easily swapped) are there preferences between the two for turbo applications?
Thanks!

they should be about the same except for the cams. if you have cams to swap and your not rebuilding it, then go with the s14 because its newer.

Thanks for all the info guys. I know about the butterflies and the cam differences.

I'm looking for any insight on claims made by Nissan in the advertising blurbs that accompanied the S14 roll-out. I've cut and pasted some of the stuff below;

"According to Nissan research, the quality of ride is important to the 240SX's recently expanded target market. So the engine's valve timing and intake camshaft were tweaked to attain the aforementioned low to midrange torque that translates into velvety acceleration. Other changes - a more rigid cylinder head , revised engine mounts, a larger-volume exhaust system - reduce engine noise and vibration. "

I don't have an S14 head to visually inspect so the only differences I've been able to observe from pictures is the different bolt pattern for the valve cover. I figured if one was more rigid, i.e., holds the head gasket in better than the other, you turbo guys would have blown enough of them up to know the difference!
