Safe boost on stock sr20 internals?

The sr20 faq at heavy throttle says that safe boost for the stock turbo is 13-15 psi, but is this safe boost for the stock engine internals as well or do they have to be upgraded for boost this high?

the only internals that have to be changed to go safely above 15 psi would be a headgasket...other than that stock sr internals are made very strong and efficient...the bottom end is good to about 28 psi ...not that I would go that far but thats about where they are good until.

Question is how much boost can the stock fuel system handle? No matter how strong the motor is built if the gas isnt there when the air is, its all over.
