what turbo are you running? where'd you get your manifold and downpipe? what fuel controller are you using?

Everyone loves generic statements.....
Orion on FA recently did 230rwhp at about 5.8psi. You're saying that 6psi raised him almost 100hp, while 3 more psi will only give him a 10hp increase??

Power output will differ from car to car, and setup to setup. The same setup on two different cars won't always make the same power, and different setups on the same car obviously won't always make the same power. So, different setups on different cars.... you should get the picture by now.
