just go to an auto parts store and rent out a pulley remover, it should have three arms on it and go at it...

how would that work if there are no holes for the puller to screw into?

I just did this about 10 minutes ago, I purchased a 2 jaw 5" gear puller from ACE hardware for $6.49.

I made the cranshaft bolt loose so I was able to adjust it, so there was play. Then, apply the puller with the center on the "grooved" area of the Pulley bolt and slowly tighten the puller.

It should start to walk the Crank Pulley off. You might have to readjust the bolt/pulley to get it to fully come off. Should take about 5minutes.
