Stock 93 ka24

Ok, I was wondering, I have a stock 93 240 that i just bought and it needs rings and a timing chain. Im gonna pull the motor and overhaul it. I also have a non running turbo(turbo is good) mitsu starion w/ intercooler. how much boost can i safely put through stock motor or should i get some better pistons? what else do i need to do besides manifold and plumbing? injectors? head work? i would say id like to make atleast 10lbs max. any feedback would be awsomely appreciated, thanks

your going to need a custom manifold since mitsu turbo dont bolt on to ka turbo manifolds.

i hope your getting rings and are not just going to turbo that engine.

10psi is safe as long as you have the fuel for it.

even though the Starion's turbo is a T25 Platform, ALL DSM turbo's have retarded flanges.

Not worth to customize everything for a little cute turbo.
