troubleshooting my goals

I don't like doing anything untill I am sure that I am going to do it completely correct the first time and not **** the bed and have to do it all over again.

so I am going to lay down my entire plan for my car to you guys and gals here.

what I am looking for:
if somthing on my list sucks, is unreliable, can be achieved through different means, or is actually a ***** that doesn't integrate with my kind of ***, or otherwise just won't work I would like you to tell me. I am trying to put my car together the best possible way(for my budget) and this is just one step in my **** retentive workings to get everything done right. I am open to sugestions about just about everything, if you know of a way to accomplish my goals(I will get to those in just a sec) an easier way, I would love to know.

my goals are simple.
the most tractable 400HP I can get, with minimal spool time.
I won't even get into my suspension and braking goals, thats for another thread.

Engine
-Any Sr20det, the style ***** in me wants a red top

•tomei head package

•? does anyone make an electric water pump for the RWD Sr20? Maziere?

Honestly bro, I think nobody wants to read the whole post.

But seriously, you have one helluva list. From what I can see:

Since your doing the headwork with a lot of Tomei parts, I'd go with everything Tomei. Any reason why you chose HKS and JWT for the cams and cam gears?

For a minfold, I would think that GReddy or any other major manu. would have great mani's. What type of flange is the Garret turbo? Top mount or bottom mount turbo?

Never heard of Autronic stand alone systems. I'd go with Apexi's Power FC. From what I've been hearing its the best stand-alone for the SR.

For exhaust, if your looking for maximum power then the Apexi' GT Spec is what you want. 3.75" diameter piping.

I know that www.raretrick.com has an aftermarket water pump, but its not electric.

For a clutch, look into a single plate setup, which is a clutch/flywheel combo. Depending on your power level, you can get either a single, or double plate clutch. HKS, Blitz, OS Gikken come to mind.

For an LSD, if your into drifting, I wouldn't suggest the Quiaffe. Look into either a Nismo, ATS, or Kaaz LSD. Clutch type LSD's are better for drifting because of how they work.
