what type of oil

ok i was wondering what type of oil should i use with my sr20det??? its gonna be full synthetic no matter what but i was lookin into either royal purple, greddy GR-2,or mobil 1 also what weight should i go with a heavy 10w-40 or like a 5w. I also need help with the basics like what type of good upgrade should i put on as im putting this motor together.I'll give you the list please give me suggestion to add or subtract.

Dc sports ex-mani
full 3" exhaust
greddy intercooler
walbro 255lh fuel pump
some suspension mods
VLSD
DSS aluminum driveshaft

i just want it to inhale and exhale alittle better ill get a greddy intake MANI also but im up in the air on that do you have to modify anything to put that greddy intake mani on?

I put 5W30 in mine all-year-round, but don't use synthetic oil.

If you're really looking to optimise things and you live in a place where you cold, snowy winters (like I do) use 5W30 in winter and something like 20W50 in summer.

synthetic only, 10w30 winter and 10w40 or 15w-50 in the summer. I run mobil one only but royal is good too, greddy is fairly new so i havent heard much but im sure its good.

If u want it to breathe better get the turbo manifold, 3in turbo outlet, 3in downpipe, and 3 in. exhaust... its all worth it..

Sorry, maybe I was unclear. I never said that you shouldn't, I just stated that I personally don't use it. No reason why, I just don't.
