hey drift ladie, welcome to the boards. I see that they're having 2 bay area meets in February. One on the 7th near Los Gatos off Hwy 17 and the 15th at Grant Ranch in San Jose, up in the hills.

I'm the one setting up the Grant Ranch Meet. This is the information regarding the meet. I'm been trying for a while to register on this forum but something kept going wrong.
=============================================

Here we go guys, here's the information for the Grant Ranch Meet. The first one didn't have a huge turn out but I think it went well and I think we can make this one go a lot better.

Sunday, February 15, 2004, at 12:00 p.m. (noon).

Address: 3457 McKee Road, San Jose, California 95127

We will meet up in the parking lot at 12:00 p.m. There is an 8 Mile drive to the park. The drive is all turns so it does get pretty fun.

The first group of people will be leaving the parking lot at 12:15. The second group at 12:30. The groups will be no larger than 15 cars at a time. And we will shorten the time in between depending how many people show up. We want to have everyone at the park by 1:00 p.m.

It would be kewl if people could bring stuff, like drinks, meet, buns, chips, or other stuff for the BBQ. If you don't wanna bring stuff, help will be greatly appreciated. Also, there might be a parking fee of $2. There wasn't last time and I will go on Sunday and find out if there is going to be a fee this time, so that way you won't be suprised, but $2 bucks isn't anything.

Other than that guys. Lets do this and lets get a great turn out for this one.

There is a $2 to $4 dollar gate charge it keeps changing. I hope everyone can attend. See you guys there.

How come it seems like there isn't much going on in the north cali group compared to the socal grup? Not that I'm trying to compare to them, but it seems like there isn't much unity here. I was in my other, 92 honda civic si, and a guy in his black rps13 with Fuji power sticker or something like that gave me like a not so friendly look. We should be kind to all people regardless of what car they drive...especially since all 240s make more torque stock than most hondas. Since I have both I can say that..hheehee....anyone agree?

Anyone know of a rps13 with or w/o an engine going for cheap. Rolling chassis is what I'm referring to. My friend is looking for one..>?

drew935 - the problem with the norcal 240's is that we like to stay in our own crews. socal will collab with other crews which is cool, but up here we got our own turf and crews. it's how we do it! 707
