17's or 18's??

So i was planning on going with 18 inche wheels all around, but i was thinking about it, and i wanted to know if it would be a better choice to go with 17's instead, because of the reduced weight. And is there any other benefits of a smaller wheel?

sliding is easier with 17 compared to 18, tires are cheaper, and your car needs to be somewhat aggressive to pull off the 18's

17's makes more sense.
Cheaper Tires.
Lighter.
Doesn't need much massaging to put in.

But a lot of people are starting to use 18's.
My Friend just installed 18's in his coupe.
X9 and X10 at that.

I'll see if I can get pictures, we just did it last week.

Yeah I agree with wat everyone said, the 18s are nice style-wise but require a little more finesse to manuever. Fitting and Performing.

Marc get them pix up I wanna see your friends set-up...

Well I was thinking about some Work, not decided on which ones. Now i have another question, if i got Work VS-XX, then i could get them in 4 lug, and then i wouldn't have to get 5- lug conversion, so is there any other benefit to getting a five-lug like the circut sports kit-like more strength-over staying four lug?

5 lug = More Wheel choices.

The end.

No other reason to get 5 lug.
