had a friend give me these 18" rims and the measurements are 235/40r18. when i put them on the back they fit fine, but when i went to put them on the front they were almost touching the struts. can i go with an aftermarket strut and they will fit or should i get rid of them cause they wont fit?

Just toss on a spacer in the front and rock them. What kinda wheels are they?

 

^^^first of all, "235/40r18" isn't a rim size, thats a tire size. Second, Do they touch the struts or not? Almost dosen't count. If they don't touch there fine.... If they touch, they make these cute little things called rim spacers. Also if there about to touch the struts and there 18's, They probably have the most disgusting +89 offset or something and you should take them to your local pawn shop or just throw them in the garbage. Next time you make a new thread for a dumazz question you will be riding WITH jesus, get the drift?(lol)
