from some measurements and reading, a wheel with a +5ish offset is flush [ish] with the fender lip of the s13hatch?
a "?" because i have read so many conflicting opinions,
but then again that would all depend on the width of the rim aswell
and im really only shooting for a 17x8-9 rear and a 17x7-8 front.

WHAT? first of all, you can pick up a set of sportmax's (not just 002's) for cheaper than most lame honda rims, second, they come in ballin' offsets/widths/lip sizes. Third, they are of good quality and i don't think you should be knockin' 002's, cuz you're still rockin' +40's.
