tires recomendations?
will i be able to fit 225 on a 9.5"?

yes, its not a big stretch

ive seen 225 on a 12j

265 on a 9.5 is about square, i would do no less than 245. you are going to have a hard time finding someone willing to mount 225

friend just mounted some 215/45s on a 9j. No problem mounting them. bead set like a normal tire.

yea i mounted my 225 on my 9j tonite and it took like five minutes a wheel...
