a "rim" is the outermost part of a wheel. a tire is the rubber portion that goes on a wheel. a wheel and tire together are called just that, a wheel and tire.

They may fit, but they will not look right...esp if you slam the car. With those offsets the outer edge of the wheel will sit exactly where the stocker does, but will sit in an inch farther in on the front, and 2 on the rear. The best look/fit for stocker offset would be ??x8 +15, and run a 205-225 width tire. A staggered setup is not something you'll most likely want or need with a stockish car either.
