i just got my sr last week and when i go into 4th, it grinds a bit. could it be bad syncros? i got rid of my honda and didnt think i'd have to be in this situation anymore! it also randomly pops out of 4th.

When your going into 4th is grinds? Or while its in 4th? Sounds like a bad synchro ring to me.

just when it goes in. if you sling it a little right (towards reverse) it goes in somewaht smoother

and it sometimes pops out

sounds like a syncro by the stuff i've been searching, but wondering your advice

(best tranny fluid, MT90 is known for fixing that).

Not exactly positive on that...Doc had a good suggestion try changing your tranny fluid
