I am not really sure if this belongs here or not. but I did not knwo where to post.


I just found out (from a cop) that i have no rear running lights on the back of my 90 240sx hatchback. I have brake lights,turn signals and reverse lights but no running lights.

I checked all the fueses and they are good. I do not have power at the rear lights when the switch is on. Is there a known problem and maybe an easy fix for this or to i need to start chasing a short in the wire. Could it be the switch it self?

If someoen has a wireing diagram of the extiror lights i would greatly appreciate it.

 

hmm.. sounds like a short to me.. you sure you checked ALL the fuses? 'engine and under dash' or maybe even the bulbs..

 

search the forums, i think somewhere there is a service manual posted..... too lazy to search for you
