I used to have pioneer speakers and head unit, until someone stole my deck , now I just have the speakers. I think they sound pretty damn good, never had any problem with em either.

I got pioneer all around,HU, speakers, amp, and subs. Sounds good, but if I crank the volume to loud on the speakers they pop. The volume even isn't high(25-30) and its's only sometimes when I accelerate. I checked all the wires and their not touching, so what is it?

Sounds like you might not have em in solid. Did you put a stripping down between the speakers and the metal? If you didnt it might be the cause of the raddleing. You can get some weather stipping at Lowes or somewhere.

If it's a problem that is in sync with accleration, could a bad ground also be a problem? Just a thought, I don't know much about the electrical system.

check the wiring again (soldering is a much better method)... it might not be that wires are crossing, but rather wires aren't getting good contact with each other... check your grounds too - especially the head unit ground.

Also - what are you using to keep the low freq. from going to the main speakers?

The only speaker rattling is the driver's rear, the way I connected the wires is by twisting them then using shrink wrap to seal the connection. I prolly do need to reconnect them but every time I do the stupid plastic there in looses thread. The way I grounded th HU was pretty crappy, umm electrical tape....... I'll prolly reground that first then redo the wires.
