sounds like a good idea, until it messes up, and it doesn't dis-alarm, and you get the ***t shocked out of yourself.

rain wouldn't hurt the car if you got the cattle prod idea to work btw. You might wanna try this thing they use in south africa, it's a metal bar under the car that's kinda flat (like a plane wing) on a spring, it snaps out real fast and breaks the leg of whoever's in the way.

dude, you're an adult... they're kids... you live in apartments [i think?] If you make it louder the kids wont stop, they'll get a bigger kick out of it. Notify the complex, look for the kids/parents... make'em pay for the paint damages and wash your car weekly for a year or two...
