Trouble Shooting Heads up Display

Hello,

I am new to the forum, I just got my 240SX. It has a heads up display and it does not display, so that is my problem... I was driving my brother-in-laws 240 and he has the regular display I notice his clock under the speedometer so when I got home I looked at mine to see if the clock was working and the clock doesn't work either so I was wondering if there was a way to trouble shoot the wiring to find out if it's just the power that is going to the cluster and see if I can fix that. If anyone could give me a tip on what to look for or if you know where I could find a wiring diagram it would be much appreciated.

the hud going out is a problem with all of the cars equiped with them... there are a bunch of threads on how to fix them... sometimes it works sometimes like in my case it woks some times not others... nissan sells a new speedo for 213 in my area... as for the clock working try checking all of the fuses...

here is a link that might help you in repairing the hud and speedo... this is what i did and mine works every now and again... im going to remove the cluster and try it again...
