what size speakers can fit?

hey guys im an audio n00b and i just recently got a new head unit for my 90 fb but still doesnt sound as good as i would like so i decided that i want to replace the stockers and throw in some aftermarket speakers.

what size speakers will fit in the front and rear? i think its 4x6 in the front doors but how about the rear?

The fastback has 4x6's all the way around. There is a way to fit bigger speakers in the door, but it takes some custom work. Search around in this forum for that. Since you got the fastback you can also custom mount rear speakers in your hatch cover like i did.

I dunno if you wanna do that though, just a suggestion

I like how you did that, but how does the original speaker housing look? any visible wires? I would have used jensen 6x9 triaxials... those own
