RB's engines legal in Ontario?

RB's engines legal in Ontario?
I was wondering, if the RB's engines will pass emissions? are they even legaql to have in a 240?
if it is, would it still pass emissions with a full catback and an air filter?

I don;t even this ontario has an emmissions test
I no for sure BC does but Alberta Sask Maitoba and maritimes dont' but i duuno for sure. Just call ur local motor association and they should be able to tell u if it will work
