legal, not legal?

legal, not legal?

I was doing some research here about the headers released by DC Sport regarding the legality of it in CA and found this post by Project Cheap 13 i think. Heres the link to the thread....

So does this mean that the DC header for the KA24DE is legal in California? A lil bit confused.

AEM/DC is exempt from the CARB requirements because they are a factory certified parts vendor( they make parts for factory cars, same a Stillen does for mustangs).
BUT the only header that DC makes for the DE, IS street leagal.

They DO make race only parts. But not for the DE. So what you get WILL be street legal.

Whoa, serious? Thats awsome. Im gonna give DC a call (again) and ask a few more specific questions to clear up some lil details.
