how hard do you think it would be to open a drag/drift track down here in miami? not like most other strips where you have to rent the track for alot of $...something where everyday people can head to the track and pay $50 for an entire night of racing/drifting?

A friend and I have had that idea recently, but it seems kinda expensive...what do you guys think?
