The price all depends on where you get the parts at. You will have better luck checking junkyards, and searching classified sections of this and other forums for the parts.

 

well that depends...if you get everything used or as a packaged deal it could be relatively cheap, but if you get everything brand new OEM and/or performance like I did, it gets pretty pricey....and there is like 29857092759 good sites to get parts off of...

 

just for some information. People said you cannot use the auto trans crossmember for the manual. It's shenagins. THey are exactly the same.

I know because i pulled mine off of my auto tranny and compared it to one i pulled off a manual tranny and put them next to each other and compared size and holes.

 

Do you really have to do all that wiring????? that just made **** more complicated?

I would go with a 6spd you can find them at around the same price on ebay.

 

SR 6 speeds are junk. It's not cool just because it has an extra gear, pretty much the same gearing as the 5 speed, just one extra gear to go through, they are also weaker than the 5 speed missions. Not worth it IMO.
