5spd swap finished..few questions

ok got it all finshed and together it runs and drives...

but....the clutch peddle is weird, (new master and slave cylindewr, ss clutch line eliminating damper)..ok so the clutch peddle is really weak, takies no efforty to push it in.. the car wont move untill the clutch is all the way out basically..and when i go to take off the car lke jerks or hops or studders or whatever...

any suggestions.. ive tried adjusting to peddle, i adjusted it so it was ~7.25 inches away from the floor, and adjusted the mastercyl untill the pin that the cotter pin attaches to spinned freely, but nothing has helped.. any suggestion???

You got email.

I haven't done a swap but this happened to my friends car after replacing a few tranny parts. He bleed the lines like people said and it worked great.

I am new to the 240 scene but when I had my Eagle talon I had to bleed the clutch a bunch of times before it was good. A little bit of air in the lines will cause a mushey peddle.
