automatic shifting

ok i read in the FAQ of 240sx.ord or some other 240sx website other than this one ..... there was a questiong about shifting with autmatic... shifting faster basically... what they did was they took something out and this is make the car jerk a lil more... so the ride wasnt smooth but it would shift gears faster.... i m not sure how that works but the guy explained it pretty good... and i believed it and was planning to try it however it was for the s13.... i tried searching if something similar would be on any of the post but couldnt find anything... so do you guys have any clue as to what i am talking about and how to do this with the s14... i will try to find that link for you so you have a clear understanding of what i am talking about... thanks in advance

I'm sure you can find a shift kit for it somewhere, that makes the shifts crisper.
